Job Description

Saint Luke's Home Care is one of the regions premier providers of a continuum of health care in the home, and led by clinicians with decades of experience in the Home Health and Hospice industry. And as part of Saint Luke's Health System, we deliver the same high-quality, comprehensive, and compassionate care.

The Home Health OT is responsible for providing care in the home setting.

Position Highlights include:

Full Time Day Shift
Ability to work one on one with patients
Work autonomously as an OT
Individualize patient care plans
Collaborates with the medical staff and the other disciplines to provide and enhance patient care.

This position will work out of the Home Health Branch located in Ottawa, KS.

Bachelor's Degree (Required)

Certifications

Driver's License - Various, Occupational Therapist (KS) - Kansas State Board of Healing Arts
